2. Subject of the service
The Provider lets the accommodation named above (Tópart 308, Fonyód) for short-term, tourism-purpose stays, under these General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").
3. Booking process
A booking is only made by phone or email, agreed with and confirmed by the Provider. The calendar shown on the website is for information only; the prices and open dates shown there do not constitute a final, confirmed booking.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM on Saturday. Check-out: by 10:00 AM on Sunday. Check-in or check-out at a different time is only possible with prior agreement and the Provider's approval.
5. Occupancy
The accommodation can host up to 2 guests plus 1 child. A booking exceeding this number is only possible by prior arrangement with the Provider.

The applicable nightly prices, by season, are shown in the calendar section of the website.

9. Liability
The Provider accepts no liability for valuables left behind or lost by the guest at the accommodation, nor for damage arising from use of the accommodation other than its intended use. In the event of force majeure (e.g. a natural disaster, an act of authorities), the parties shall cooperate to find the best possible solution.
10. Complaints and remedies
Complaints about the service can be raised using the contact details above; the Provider aims to resolve them promptly and fairly. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, they may turn to a court with jurisdiction under Hungarian law.
11. Governing law
These Terms and the legal relationship between the parties are governed by Hungarian law.
